Men’s Meeting

Last Saturday

of each month

9.30 - 11.30am

We are a friendly group.

Please feel free to come and join us!

The aim of the group is to enable men of all ages to meet together for a time of chat and fellowship. We also include a time to study different aspects of Bible teaching. Practical tasks will also be undertaken by the group.

The group only started in 2015 and previously constructed a model of the ‘Tabernacle’. This was a place where God’s people met to worship Him on their desert journey. We can see similarities between this and the Christian walk today, and we have learnt valuable lessons

to help us individually and as a Church. We are currently continuing our studies to consider the resting place of the Tabernacle in the promised land, and then the history and relevance of city of Jerusalem.

The session is run on an informal basis, so please feel free to come for however long you wish.

Every other month we meet at the Church and start each session with a time of prayer. We then read the relevant Bible passage before looking at the practical aspects that are relevant to us today. Refreshments are provided during the session.

Alternate months we meet for practical work at the Church or at the homes of needy Church members.
